A trackhoe is seen digging behind Abutment 1 westbound of the Baker Interchange Bridge crossing WV 55 east. Looking west onto the Dick Corporation's nearly completed Clifford Hollow Bridge. The next steps on the bridge are finishing the concrete deck, placing parapets and slip-forming the center median barrier.
